Systain's approach covers all aspects of CSR. It enables social compliance to be firmly anchored within the company and its culture.

• The approach revolves around four spheres of activity:

  
  1. The treatment of people who are involved in creating the company's outputd („Labor Practices“)
  2. The use of natural resources that a company requires to create its output („Natural Resource Use“)
  3. The handling of waste resulting from a company's provision of services and its products („Waste Handling“)
  4. The treatment of customers, suppliers, competitors, and the general public („Business Conduct“)

• The spheres of activity serve as a basis for deriving a CSR strategy and the individual CSR measures. We will help you to define the spheres of activity that are appropriate for your company, and we will help you implement them in a targeted manner. We will work together with you to develop the guidelines, structures, systems, and processes that are required for this purpose ("management").
  The implementation of the strategy will ultimately deliver the content required for a CSR reporting system ("communication"). Systain places reporting right at the end of the CSR strategy process in order to avert any possible accusations of green-, blue-, or whitewashing.
